Building Trust and Psychological Safety
Practise speaking up, asking questions, sharing concerns and challenging ideas respectfully to enable more open team discussions.

The challenge
Even capable people can struggle to deliver results together. The problem often lies in how the team communicates, makes decisions and takes responsibility for shared outcomes.
Teams optimise their own priorities instead of working towards shared goals.
Assumptions and unspoken concerns lead to misunderstandings and rework.
Commitments slip when ownership and responsibilities are not clear.
Problems persist when teams struggle to evaluate options and act together.
